As a private user I wondered if Sentinet would be too commercial and business orientated to help me. How wrong I was! From the first telephone contact all the way through to the correction of the problem I had, I was treated with extreme courtesy and concern. I felt my problem was theirs and they truly were interested in fixing the machine to better than when it was new. Fast, friendly and excelllent service - who could ask for more?
